We always wanted to offer Cuban dishes here in Chicago as we remember them, and not just the standard "Cuban restaurant menu" fare. Our menu was carefully designed to bring together all the great flavors of Cuba using my family’s recipes from the Southern Coast region, and merging them with other providences of Cuba.

Papa’s favorite recipe! A slow cooked goat stew with a touch of habanero and served with congri and sweet plantains. ¡Delicioso!

Two fried pork chops, Served with our famous BBQ sauce. Served with white rice, black beans and sweet plantains.
Roasted Pork “a la Cubana”
Prepared like we did back home in Cuba. Marinated with a dry rub of traditional spices, then slow roasted. Served with white rice, black beans, yuca and sweet plantains.
Arroz con Pollo
This is a very traditional dish. Bone-in chicken cooked with yellow rice, green peppers, onions, tomatoes, spices and extra virgin olive oil. Served with sweet plantains.

Fricase de Pollo
Tender chicken stewed to perfection with roasted red peppers, garlic, potatoes and herbs in a tomato based sauce. Served with white rice and sweet plantains.
